James Robert Chuwa is the Founder and Director of SmartNyumba Solutions, a Tanzanian smart home and IoT company delivering intelligent solutions for homes, apartments, Airbnb, hotels, and offices.
With over 20 years of experience in ICT systems, hospitality technology, and real estate innovation, James has led and supported enterprise systems across leading hotels in Tanzania and later successfully delivered large-scale real estate sales projects. His work focuses on practical, secure, and scalable smart technology that delivers real value to property owners.
